Mr. Lupul will provide an overview of Canada's new immigration act which became effective June 28, 2020 with detailed information on key provisions and changes affecting immigrants, temporary workers and students. He will also discuss Canadian border security issues, particularly those affecting immigration procedures and policy, and will review enhancements to border security. 

Mr. Hynes will address the Province of Ontario's role in immigration matters and services to companies and individuals considering investment in the province.
